Well im quite happy with the heal sig buff and the plague touch buff. Both skills are on my bar I would say 90% of the time.

I can take away one point out of tactics and put it into curses and get rid of 2 conditions AND have my heal sig hit for what it did before the update.

Exactly. Ineptitude is fine. It just means you can't 'cast and forget' on the first melee mob your team aggros. Wait till your target gets within range to make an attack and apply. Now Clumsiness (which would probably be on the same bar with Ineptitude) is a little more viable in PvE, so your build should be a little more effective.

yap see alot of touchers in AB, it wouldn't surpise me to see Toucher Tanks in PvE with Ursan. They will be deadly without it and when they use Ursan with rest group, they will own with that from Soul Reaping.

lol, yea right. those upgrades look good on paper, but when applied, they still sucks. the skills that came out of this balance on top was hexor's vigor and plague touch. you could count chilblains too if you like throwing away energy when you absolutely do not have to.

I find it funny people are all freaking out about the 1 energy skills. The reason they're not 5 energy anymore is they're not spammable skills to begin with. So why further punish a caster for having them? No necro on his own (outside of the that Aura of the Lich toucher builder thats only viable in RA) can sustain his health while sac spamming that much... So instead of making them 5 energy its 1 energy. Still won't be spammed either way, but now instead of 2 hurts its only 1 hurt. Although 5 energy wasn't ever all that much to begin with...

Grenth is junk against Guardian or any other pre-prot. The point is he completely ignores partywide stuff like Aegis, and in many cases Wards/Defensive Anthem etc. Which maybe isn't enough, but counts for something.

Or it could just be that Power Leak was overly effective before. Stop with the pathetic, "WAAAA A-net hates us because we get nerfed all the time" Mentality, it's annoying, sad, and shows you don't understand when something is too strong.

Don't think about it in terms of an Elementalist getting hit with Pleak. Think about a Monk. Energy Storage allows an Elementalist to have more energy, so the loss of it isn't as hard to handle. A Monk has a much lower total energy, and losing a large chuck of it when the team needs a heal/prot means people end up dead.

It wasn't so much a big problem as it was a cornerstone of Dom mesmers.

Hitting a monk on their high set could practically disable them, allowing for sudden decisive plays. It was also strong at hammering away at midline defense/offense. I don't think it needed a nerf of this magnitude though.

It occurs to me that the party-wide heals are pretty slow casts. Maybe the nerf to p-leak is another bump to party-wide healing?

Add Frustration/Mirgaine to the equation. They might not stay up for long time, but they do require enemy attention.
